1. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually dispatched next business day, and no later than 2 business days after payment.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery – £3.99 (Free for orders over £35)
    Delivered in 2–4 business days.
  • Express Delivery – £8.99
    Delivered in 1–3 business days.
  • Carriers: Royal Mail or Evri (Hermes).

Europe Shipping

  • Standard International Delivery – £14.99
    Delivered in 2–11 business days.
  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx.

Rest of World Shipping

  • Standard International Delivery – £24.99
    Delivered in 3–17 business days.
  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided above. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, or local disruptions).

4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand
  • Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates

At this time, we do not deliver to PO boxes or addresses in countries not listed above.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • United States customers: Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
  • Other international customers: Local import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

7. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please first check your tracking details.
  • If your parcel appears lost, contact us at contact@belnua.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

8. Partial Deliveries

We do not split orders into partial deliveries. All items in your order will be shipped together.
