Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains how retail, trade, and wholesale orders are handled.
1. Retail Orders
We have a 30-day return policy for retail customers, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and return details. Items sent back without authorisation will not be accepted.
2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
4. Return Shipping
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
6. Trade Orders
Trade orders may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect reported within 7 days of delivery.
To report an issue, please email contact@belnua.com with your order details and photographs of the problem so we can assist you promptly.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
9. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
